WRITER DIRECTOR PHOTOGRAPHER ACTOR
I am a Writer, Director, Photographer, Actor, and Film & Media Studies student at William & Mary. I got my start in video production when I used a green screen to make a 'more realistic' backdrop for black plague victims (13-year-olds with improvised special effects makeup) in a 7th-grade social studies project. (It 100% looked like they were floating, but my post-production skills have improved a bit since then.)
Really though, my creative journey started at eight years old, writing in my classroom journal until my wrist was sore. I've been writing, photographing, and filming ever since. You can find my latest work on my portfolio page, including some long-form videography through Humans of William & Mary (inspired by Brandon Stanton's Humans of New York), a club I love dearly, with a mission of empathetic storytelling I strive to carry through all of my work.
